Lynn has over 30 years of experience in selling Real Estate. Learn from an active Agent in an interactive environment, close to home. This course covers the minimum 75 hours that are required by the Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC).
You could be licensed and selling before the Summer Rush hits!
Evenings and Saturdays - for your working pleasure :)
February 13th through March 9th
Books included! Final exam will be taken on March 9th and will prepare you to take the State Exam in order to get your license.
Cost is only $450 and includes the final exam. The State Exam has an additional cost of $115 and is NOT payable to this company. Licenses are $170 paid to GREC.
