Piedmont Cartersville Offers Two Opportunities for Breast Cancer Screenings During October

Cartersville, Ga. — In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Piedmont Cartersville is proud to offer two important opportunities for women to prioritize their breast health through mammogram screenings at the Outpatient Women’s Imaging Center.

Free Mammograms for Uninsured Patients
From October 1–10, 2025, Piedmont Cartersville will provide 30 free mammogram screenings to uninsured individuals. These screenings will be held at:

Discounted Mammograms: Peace of Mind for $99
From October 11–31, 2025, Piedmont Cartersville will offer discounted mammograms for just $99. This initiative is designed to make breast cancer screening more accessible and affordable for the community.

Breast cancer remains the second most prevalent form of cancer globally, with more than two million new cases diagnosed each year. Timely detection through routine mammogram screenings significantly increases the chances of successful treatment and survival.
