RFP RESPONSE DEADLINE:  TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR CONSIDERATION, THE CHAMBER MUST RECEIVE YOUR RESPONSE AT ITS OFFICE LOCATED AT 122 WEST MAIN STREET, CARTERSVILLE, GEORGIA, BEFORE 5:00 PM ON FRIDAY, September 4th.  You may email your bid to jessica@cartersvillechamber.com or fax it to (770) 382-2704.  Any questions may be directed to Jessica Bowen, (770) 382-1466.
 
The Chamber respectfully requests that you submit a proposal and bid to do the services listed below.  The Cookout Committee will consider your responses to all questions before awarding the bid.  Please know the Chamber reserves the right not to award the job to the lowest bidder (cost is just one factor being considered).
 
 
Scope of Work or Service: 
 
The Chamber is looking for a caterer for the 2015 Cookout taking place on Thursday, October 8th from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM in downtown Cartersville.  The menu is as follows: fried chicken, grilled chicken, three (3) sides of your choice (please specify), rolls, two (2) desserts of caterer’s choice (please specify, no ice cream), sweet tea, unsweetened tea, and water.
 
The bid will need to include disposable plates, cups, and flatware.  The caterer will also need to set up, clean up, and provide an adequate number of serving staff during the event.  Please include prices for both 300 people and 350 people.

  1. Are you a Chamber member?  Please know that for the purposes of this RFP you must be a current Chamber member in good standing.
  2. Please send a copy of your latest Health Inspection report.
