The current Chair of our Board of Directors, Adena Harper, has announced her candidacy for Mayor of Adairsville. Our Chamber Bylaws do not prohibit our Board members from being involved in other community based organizations or running for public office. In fact, we are always proud when Chamber members step up for public service or volunteer to help other organizations. The Chamber does not support or endorse any candidate for public office.
The Cartersville-Bartow County Chamber of Commerce, Inc. (the “Chamber”) is a dynamic and positive force in our community. Our members, our committees, our volunteers, our staff team and the entire community are continually coming together to help and serve others. We do our best to live up to our motto: “Chamber Serving Businesses… Businesses Serving the Community.” With everyone’s help, we are now over 934 members strong and growing daily! This year we kicked off our “125th Year of Growing Bartow.” Always ask your friends and neighbors to “Buy Bartow Work Bartow.” If you have a friend who is not a part of all this Chamber excitement, please have them call our Membership Director, Chris Thomas, at 770-382-1466 for information on joining all of us at the Chamber. Please know that together, with God’s help, we can accomplish even greater things!
