This position is an Operations Supervisor role: inventory, location packing, and making sure operations run smoothly.
It requires about 25 - 30 hours a week, M-F 7:30 am - ~12 pm (sometimes earlier, sometimes later), and Saturday for maybe 30 minutes to an hour in the morning. This role will grow to a full time position as the business grows.
Looking to hire beginning to middle of November, or immediately depending on candidate's needs.
Pay: $16/hour - after 3 months, a $.50 raise will come into effect
Warehouse Location: Off Tennessee St in downtown Cartersville
Job qualifications:
• Able to repeatedly lift 20-30 lbs
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Able to recognize needs and self motivate to solve problems
• Appropriate and effective communication, organization, and critical thinking skills
Main Job Responsibilities:
• Setting up and leading the location packing in the morning
• Facilitating resetting the warehouse after packing
• Assisting in creating and inputting product orders
• Updating location planograms with product changes periodically, as needed
• Counting and reconciling the week's cash and coin that comes in from the driver's routes
