Job Description
Summary
The Warehouse Administrator will perform job processing and scheduling, raw material planning prep and job staging, inventory control and WIP.
Essential Functions

  1. Responsible for batching, releasing orders in SAP for production processing by required date. 
  2. Organize and distribute pick tickets to warehouse personnel for raw material processing both batching and full pallet quantity.
  3. Ensure raw material is maintained in production staging area 24 hours in advance of schedule.
  4. Ensure raw material are available in SAP and allocates raw materials to batch order.
  5. Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships, co-workers, team lead, supervisor or manager, etc.
  6. Reconcile batch orders reports; determining inventory variance root cause. Work with cycle counting team to establish containment and preventative actions. 
  7. Assist in planning, picking and managing raw materials to ensure 100% on-time delivery of all customer orders.
  8. Records transfers and issues of materials in SAP, with responsibilities involving work in process and finished goods. 
  9. Develop, implement and monitor proper scheduling procedures to maximize production and minimize downtime.
  10. Communicate with management issues concerning production scheduling and reporting; keep  database records and spreadsheet up to date.
  11. Respond to emails and answer telephone in a timely and professional manner.
  12. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize workload.
  13. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  1. High School diploma or equivalent
  2. 2+ years’ experience in warehousing
  3. 2+ years’ experience with SAP
  4. Receiving experience
Physical Demands
The employee is frequently required to sit; occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

 
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days can vary depending on production schedule.
