We are seeking a reliable and friendly Weekend Breakfast Person to join our hotel team. This role is responsible for preparing, setting up, and maintaining the breakfast area to ensure guests enjoy a clean, welcoming, and well-stocked dining experience each morning.
Responsibilities
- Set up the breakfast buffet before service hours
- Prepare and replenish food and beverage items
- Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, kitchen, and dining tables
- Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Monitor food quality and inventory levels during service
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with cleaning and closing duties after breakfast service
- Report maintenance or supply issues to management
