Job Description
Greater Community Bank is seeking a CFO / Operations Manager.  The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for the direction and monitoring of the Holding Company’s and Bank’s financial plans and policies, including asset and liability management, liquidity and funds management, investment management and capital planning including the planning, controlling and directing of the accounting systems, financial and regulatory reporting systems and information systems.   This leadership role is also responsible for overall supervision and management of the deposit areas of the bank.     The Operations Manager provides training and assists in the development and oversight of policies, procedures and processes in this area. 
The qualified candidate will have the following:
CPA and Accounting Background
Minimum of 5 (five) years of experience in Deposit Operations
Effective organizational and self-management skills
Excellent Communication and People Skills
Ability to develop, communicate and/or follow procedures
Supervisory/Leadership Abilities
Computer Proficient with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
