DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the Salesforce donor management system and processes. Ensure the accuracy of gift entries and donor contact information.
- Manage donor stewardship and prepare gift acknowledgement letters, weekly.
- Generate donor reports and giving statements.
- Manage USPS mass mailing of annual report, newsletters, event invitations; other.
- Assist with Marketing tasks such as designing invitations and flyers for events in Canva or other graphic design tools and using Constant Contact to schedule and manage mailing marketing materials.
- Support special event planning to include managing invoices and billing, following up with vendors, and assisting with event set up and clean up.
- Assist with community outreach, volunteer events, and manage in-kind donation drives for school supplies, holiday gifts, and toiletries.
- Support the Development Department with all aspects of the COA standards and participate in PQI.
- Demonstrates passion for the mission of Advocates for Children and a commitment to ensuring fairness and accessibility for all through active participation in related training and advocacy efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least two years professional administrative experience working with a nonprofit business, college/university, or other business setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills are necessary for this position.
- Proficient user of online platforms: Microsoft Office Salesforce, Constant Contact, Classy, and Canva or other multimedia content generation platforms.
- Demonstrate Creativity.
