Founder's Oak Parking Lot, 1 Friendship Plaza, Cartersville, GA 30120
Head downtown on July 27th for the Cartersville Farmers Market annual Tomato Festival! Activities will begin around 10 AM and will include a tomato contest for the local farmers. The categories will be: the biggest, the tastiest, and the ugliest tomatoes. Voting will be open between 10 AM and 11 AM, and the winner of each category will be announced after all of the votes are counted. There will also be a kids’ coloring and painting station set up, so bring the whole family for this fun summer activity!
The Cartersville DDA and Bartow Master Gardners will be giving away tomato sandwiches made with fresh tomatoes from our local farmers. We hope to see you all there!
