NW Ga Daylily Society hosts speakers / hybridizers from Florida

The Northwest Georgia Daylily Society shall meet at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 22, 2017. The meeting site is the Stiles Auditorium, inside the Olin Tatum Building, located at 320 W. Cherokee Avenue, Cartersville. The speakers will be Jeff and Liz Salter, distinguished daylily hybridizers from Gainesville, Florida. They have won many awards for the flowers they have created over the last thirty years. After a humorous and entertaining pictorial presentation, there will be an auction of their daylilies. (Often they bring plants of recent introduction to sell for only $10). Visitors are invited to come join in the fun, and will receive a free daylily from NWGDS.
