Wreath Laying Ceremony observance to remember Dr. Martin Luther King's Jr.'s birthday with the Commissioner, Mayor, MLK Committee, and community. The wreath will be laid followed by a moment of silence. Jeremiah Robinson will sing the National Anthem and scholarship and drum major recipients will be announced and recognized.
