An introduction for anyone wanting to learn about sourdough bread making. You will leave with sourdough starter, as well as printed materials to assist in continued baking as you wish! For the purpose of this class, we will exclusively be working with wheat flour. Registration required. To register visit the reference desk or call 770-382-4203 ext. 138.
