About Dr. Jennifer Dickey Dr. Jennifer Dickey is a professor of history at Kennesaw State University and coordinates the museum, history, and public programs. She previously served as the campus preservationist at Berry College and continues to work as a preservation consultant. With experience at the National Park Service and Georgia’s Historic Preservation Division, Dr. Dickey is the author of A Tough Little Patch of History: “Gone with the Wind” and the Politics of Memory and coauthor of Memories of the Mansion: The History of Georgia’s Governor’s Mansion. She resides in Atlanta.
