Event Description:
Please note date change.

What: During December, we will place a strategic focus on building an encouraging culture at work.

Why: Motivation in your employees is not about the carrot or the stick! Motivation is enthusiasm for doing something. The level of energy, commitment, and creativity that employees bring to their jobs. Motivation is inspired by encouragement.

A workplace culture of encouragement provides messages of, “You can do it” or “We believe in you!" Cheering on an employee and believing in their adequacy drives them to do their best work.

Successful organizations dedicate time, focus, and space to building a relational culture because humans are HARD–WIRED to CONNECT in CARING RELATIONSHIPS. ENCOURAGEMENT is one point of connection ALL humans need!

Who Should Attend: Business and organizational leaders who want to increase the motivation and productivity of those they serve.
