However, for some, fear is the driving force that shapes our decisions and governs the way we navigate and experience life. Too often we allow fear to dictate our potential and silence our ambitions. As business women, it's time we learn how to disrupt and dismantle these fears and look at life through a new lens. Julia Areh is the CEO of Julia Areh Consulting and the creator of EquiTee365 merchandise brand. She is an inspiring and energetic speaker, facilitator, and people coach who uses her platform to help people “learn to unlearn” while thriving to be their best and true selves. Julia earned a Master of Public Administration from Troy University, a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of West Georgia, and a Diversity & Inclusion certification from Cornell University.
