Time: 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM EDT
Event Description:
The Friends of the Bartow County Library System is a 501(C)3 non-profit organization whose purpose is to support, financially and through service, the three libraries that comprise the Bartow County Library System. We provide supplemental funds for the library materials and special programs such as family literacy.

The Friends of the Library is proud to invite you to participate in this year's A Toast to Literacy event - Beer, Bourbon and Barbeque silent auction and charity extravaganza on September 17, 2016 at In the Woods, a charming rustic venue tucked away on 250 wooded acres just off Highway 113. This event will feature live music from Keltic Kudzu, silent auctions, bourbon tastings and a selection of beer and wine with the best barbeque you have ever tasted. All monies raised are dedicated to promoting family literacy in Bartow County.

Please join the Friends of the Library as we raise funds and awareness for family literacy. Your donation will directly benefit children and adult literacy in Bartow County and will provide and excellent opportunity to gain recognition in our community. We are collecting cash and in-kind donations for the silent auction held as part of A Toast to Literacy. As a donor you will receive recognition leading up to the event and at the event itself. We hope you give generously and attend what is sure to be a spectacular event.
