Join us for lunch and to take advantage of this low-cost program to learn what activities drive profit and cash flow in a medical practice.
The program will “follow the money” through a typical patient visit, and you will learn:

Don’t want to build your own dashboard? The Medical Practice Management Program at UGA’s Small Business Development Center will demonstrate an automated system that can tie into your software data to provide your daily dashboard update.
The Medical Practice Management Program at the University of Georgia Small Business Development Center provides specialized one-on-one consulting at no cost for medical practices, veterinary practices and independent pharmacies. In addition, it offers continuing education programs and teaches business topics to medical residency programs in Georgia.
